Msi afterburner undervolt9/25/2023 ![]() ![]() Graphic cards come overvolted (gives more voltage than nessesary) from factory for compatibility and overall stability, but they may not need such voltage in reality so we undervolt it to take less power resulting in lower temps and lower speeds without loosing performance. I am not responsible for your card bricking or your warranty being void or underperforming in any regard. This guide should also work on other RTX 3000/2000 cards. You can undervolt your graphic card without any loss of performance with lower thermals, power consumption figures and noise. I ended up buying a RTX 3070 with poor thermals due to lack of availibulity and pricing without awareness, i headed to towards to fix this issue by undervolting the GPU. This is the exception not the norm and only applies on very small number of cases. At the same time, we can also allow posts and comments that may break one or more rules outlined on this list.
